两种不同方法提取枸杞多糖的比较研究 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
以枸杞多糖为研究对象,比较两种不同提取方法对枸杞多糖的提取效果.采用单因素和正交试验对枸杞多糖提取工艺（热水法和微波法）进行了初步探讨,比较了料液比、浸提温度、提取时间、提取次数等因素对多糖提取率的影响.结果表明：传统热水法提取的最佳条件为提取温度90℃,提取时间3.5 h,料液比1∶10（mL/g）,提取次数3次;微波提取的最佳条件为微波功率480 W,微波时间20 min,料液比1∶30（mL/g）,提取次数2次.通过两种方法的比较,微波法提取多糖提取率提高近40%,微波法提取枸杞多糖优于热水浸提法. 相似文献

茅根具有很高的药用价值.利用热水漫提法提取茅根多糖,先考察了不同料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间和浸提次数对茅根多糖提取率的影响,然后利用正交实验,优化茅根多糖的提取工艺,并对结果进行分析.结果显示,茅根多糖最佳提取工艺参数为:浸提温度80℃、料液比1:30、浸提时间3 h、浸提次数2次. 相似文献

利用Box-Benhnken响应面法对热水浸提羊肚菌多糖工艺进行优化,在单因素实验基础上,选择水料比、提取温度、提取时间为自变量,以羊肚菌多糖提取率为响应值,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法优化羊肚菌多糖提取工艺.结果表明,影响热水浸提羊肚菌多糖提取率的大小顺序为:提取温度>提取时间>水料比.羊肚菌多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:水料比51∶1(mL/g)、提取温度46℃、提取时间3.5 h,平均提取率为7.39%(n=3),与预测值7.311%接近. 相似文献

为了探究代代花多糖的最佳提取工艺,在提取时间、温度、料液比三个单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计及响应面法分析建立二次回归模型,以代代花多糖提取率为响应值,对料液比、提取时间和温度进行优化组合,再利用水浸醇沉法提取代代花多糖,得出最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明:在提取时间2 h、温度70℃、料液比1∶100(g/m L)时代代花多糖的提取率预测值为8.82%,实测值为8.81%,两者相差极小,说明该工艺条件比较好. 相似文献

为得到刺苋多糖的最佳提取工艺,以提取温度、提取时间、液料比为工艺条件,多糖提取率为响应值,采用响应面法优化提取刺苋多糖的最佳提取工艺.结果表明,刺苋多糖提取的最佳工艺为:提取温度80℃、提取时间130 min,液料比32 m L/g,在该条件下,测得刺苋多糖的提取率为60.78 mg/g,与预测值相对误差为1.25%,说明该回归方程模型具有较高的拟合度,可以用于刺苋多糖的提取工艺优化. 相似文献

本实验采用超声辅助法对香蜜果多糖提取工艺条件进行研究.以水为溶剂通过提取时间、料液比、超声功率、提取次数等单因素考察对多糖提取率的影响.通过正交试验优选出香蜜果多糖的提取工艺.结果显示,最佳工艺条件：提取温度90℃,超声功率500W,提取时间30min,物料比1：30.在此条件下,香蜜果多糖的提取率可达3.16%,与理论预测值3.50%的相对误差较小.实验结果具有一定的参考价值,为香蜜果有效成分的提取及资源的开发提供参考. 相似文献

为了优化热水浸提乙醇沉淀法提取商南泉茗茶中水溶性多糖的最佳工艺。根据提取时间、提取温度、液料比以及乙醇浓度对茶多糖得率的影响情况,通过正交设计法优化商南泉茗茶水溶性多糖提取工艺。研究结果表明,影响商南泉茗茶茶多糖提取率的因素主次顺序依次为乙醇浓度>提取温度>液料比>提取时间;最佳浸提条件为提取时间2.0 h,提取温度80℃,液料比为30:1,乙醇浓度为100%;在此条件下进行实验,得到的多糖提取率可达4.15%。 相似文献

Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
