文章从研究单本外文期刊出版发行的多元化发展出发,通过分析其在出版社网站上注册、第三方网站上注册、邮件激活注册信息这三种电子期刊开通身份认证方法的差异,发现由于开通不及时、IP填报空间有限、出版载体形态和发行途径的变化给期刊利用、财产管理和存储管理等带来了诸多问题。针对上述问题,提出建立个性化服务平台、定制合理刊价、加强馆内工作人员的相互协作等一系列适合高校图书馆单本外文电子期刊管理模式的对策和措施。  相似文献

This paper explores the role of third-party mediation in particular and the extent to which four conflict management strategies, i.e., third-party mediation, integration, distribution, and avoidance in general, exist and affect conflict resolution in the Taiwanese government's executive–legislative relations. Additionally, third-party mediation mianzi (face) and renqing (favor) in relation to Chinese culture are explored. Two independent samples were included in this study. The first included 235 legislative members and their assistants working within the legislative branch. The second included 301 legislative liaisons from the executive branch in Taiwan. The results indicated that four conflict strategies had been used in legislative–executive relations, namely integrative, distributive, non-confrontational, and third-party mediation, with mediation being the least frequently used. Third-party mediation, across two independent samples, was shown to have the strongest correlations with non-confrontation/avoidance versus integration and last distribution. Face and favor, then, were first associated with distribution, then third-party mediation, avoidance, and finally integration.  相似文献

我是《中国国家地理》杂志内容总监,迄今已在该杂志做采编工作20年,亲身经历了她从《地理知识》杂志改版更名为《中国国家地理》、发行量从1.5万册/期增长到100万册/期、杂志社从十几个人发展到拥有几百人的传媒集团的全过程。本文通过总结在《中国国家地理》20年的采编实践,探讨了自1999年以来中国科普期刊内容特性的几个发展阶段,探究了该杂志在近20年间是如何将其内容制作的性质从简单科普向科学传播转变的,介绍了其在内容制作方面是怎样完成了对美国的《国家地理》杂志从学习和模仿到质变和超越的实践经验,总结出有中国特色的“地理味儿”是如何制造出来的一些经验。我最想表明的意思是,《中国国家地理》的实践给我们以信心:中国的科普期刊,只要坚持科学传播理念、遵循媒体传播规律,完全可以走出一条有中国特色的科普道路,并成为向全世界展现中国的一张名片。  相似文献

In this article, the author discusses opportunities and challenges facing the magazine industry as it migrates from print to digital distribution models. While the industry can achieve outsized returns in the digital realm based on the unique content and brand equity developed in its traditional business, multiple hurdles confront publishing industry executives in the process. The changing landscape of data access, consumer engagement, production workflows and magazine industry business models are all discussed. An analogy to the television industry’s efforts to address new technology is used. The author argues that long-term industry value is dependent on making the right decisions in the early stages of market development today.  相似文献

Public service producers are heavily investing in the development and implementation of more efficient new digital channels to engage users in citizen sourcing efforts, such as the reporting of public service-related issues. Nevertheless, user-reporters have continued to favor earlier implemented channels including traditional (e.g., phone, office) and e-government channels (e.g., web, email) over new digital channels such as m-government channels (e.g., mobile applications). Drawing on channel choice literature and theories, this study aims at explaining users' reporting behavior by examining the role of users' personal factors, including digital divide determinants, users' service experience, and channel satisfaction. We use a combination of survey and log data on actual reporting behavior among smart bike-sharing users to explain users' channel choice. Using a multinomial logistic regression, we found that the digital divide predicts user-reporters' channel choice. Moreover, user-reporters with a longer service membership favor traditional and e-government channels, over the newly implemented m-government channels. Finally, user-reporters' satisfaction with the mobile application is negatively associated with the user-reporters' choice of traditional and e-government channels. Our results expand and update the empirical evidence on channel choice at the user level, and provide insights for public service producers who aim at enhancing public service delivery through digital users' engagement.  相似文献

Governments and citizens alike are reaching maturity levels in their Internet adoption. With citizens using online channels for more and more purposes, governments around the world are moving to a ‘digital by default’ service delivery strategy. The question arises as to whether online channels are indeed suited for all purposes and are the “go-to” channels when citizens need information in a variety of situations. In this study, we compare data collected in 2008 and 2017 in the Netherlands to assess the evolution in channel behavior. The analysis suggests that channel preferences and general usage are indeed shifting towards online channels, whilst gaps in online usage between age groups are narrowing. However, the findings also show that this shift is not uniform across all tasks. For certain purposes, choices for traditional channels remain surprisingly resilient. The findings suggest that while online channels are maturing, they are still not ready to replace other existing channels for all types of services. Our findings call for continued attention to integrated channel strategies that incorporate the strengths of individual service channels.  相似文献

Contemporary little magazines present difficulties for the serials librarian attempting to collect them; many of these problems stem from the nature of the little magazine itself-independent, transient, personal, frequently short-lived. Because the editor of the little magazine publishes his journal as he sees fit, problems for the librarian are likely to persist, although such problems can be eased somewhat if the librarian ( I ) uses the resource materials about the little magazine which are presently available; (2) gains a sympathetic understanding of the nature and spirit of the little magazine; and (3) clearly defines his conception of the little magazine collection he wishes to gather. A list of resources, a recommended reading list, and an idiosyncratic list of essential little magazines are included as guides for the librarian.  相似文献
