[目的/意义]以传播渠道为调节变量,探究网络口碑的传播者特性和传播内容特性对消费者图书购买意愿的影响机理,为图书出版行业相关主体进行口碑营销提供参考借鉴。[方法/过程]基于信息传播理论,以传播渠道为调节变量,构建网络口碑对消费者图书购买意愿影响的理论模型。通过问卷调查收集数据,使用回归分析方法厘清网络口碑与消费者图书购买意愿的关系,并实证检验相关因素的影响效应。[结果/结论]传播内容(信息)特性对消费者图书购买意愿具有直接的显著影响。传播者(信源)特性既存在对购买意愿的直接显著影响,也存在以传播内容特性为中介的间接显著影响。传播渠道(信道)的调节效应显著,其中对传播者特性与购买意愿的调节中,文化推广式平台的调节效应最大,其次为营销式平台,自由讨论式平台最小;对传播内容与购买意愿的调节中,文化推广式平台的调节效应仍然最大,自由讨论式平台略低,而营销式平台最小。最后,从传播内容的设计、名人效应的发挥和营销平台的选择与建设3个方面分别提出了建议。  相似文献

Epidemics of duplication and fad occurring in the area of medical books has increased the need to rely on book reviews to avoid the purchase of worthless material. Thus the identification of medical journals containing book reviews of high quality is of paramount importance for collection development. Three areas need improvement in order to enhance the value of book reviews: I) a cooperative effort between editor and reviewers to shorten the present time lag between the publication of the book and the appearance of its review, 2) coordination among publishers to avoid excessive duplication of reviews, and 3) an increase in the number of books being reviewed.  相似文献

Online book reviews reflect readers’ attitudes and opinions and serve as a data source for book impact assessment. Most research has only focused on the number of ratings and reviews to assess the impact of books. However, it is necessary to more thoroughly explore online book reviews, to analyze the viewpoints and sentiments expressed in them and the identity and motivation of the reviewers in order to evaluate the value of different types of book reviews. In this study, we collect Goodreads reviews of books indexed by the Book Citation Index and consider them according to the following three aspects: the popularity of highly cited books in Goodreads, the influence of reviewer roles (of author, librarian, and ordinary user) on book reviews, and the emotions and opinions behind reviewers’ ratings. Results consider the number of books reviewed in different disciplines, the variations in ratings of highly cited and non-highly cited books, differences in book reviews given by the reviewer roles, and the way reviewers express their sentiments about the books. The study concludes that if online reviews are to be used as indicators of book impact assessment, key considerations should include the subject discipline, the reviewer's role, and the sentiment polarity.  相似文献

分析正面和负面网络口碑可信度的影响因素以及这两种口碑如何影响消费者对商家的信任和购买行为。数据分析结果表明,同嗜性、点评站点可信度以及信任倾向对两种口碑的可信度都有显著影响,而传播者专业性仅对正面网络口碑的可信度有显著作用。正面网络口碑的可信度显著正向影响消费者对被点评商家的信任,但并不显著影响购买意向,购买意向受到对商家信任的显著影响,也进一步显著作用于购买行为。反之,负面口碑的可信度同时负向影响消费者对商家的信任和购买意向,但与商家信任、购买意向以及购买行为之间均无显著关系。  相似文献

This study examines the effects of gay-themed ads on young Korean consumers. In its evaluation of such ads, the study investigates how attitude toward ads, attitude toward brands, and purchase intention are influenced by gender (male vs. female), tolerance of homosexuality (low vs. high tolerance), and self-construal (independent vs. interdependent self-construal). Findings suggest that a gay-themed ad does not impact how young Korean heterosexual consumers evaluate the ad, the brand, or their purchase intention. Regarding brand evaluation and purchase intention, no statistically significant differences were found between males and females. Concerning a person's tolerance, those with high tolerance tend to evaluate the ads and brands more favorably and have higher purchase intentions than do those with low tolerance. Concerning a person's self-construal – independent versus interdependent – the study found no main effects but did discover interaction effects between gender and self-construal and between tolerance and self-construal. Theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.  相似文献

In-depth interviews and genre analysis were conducted to derive the genre characteristics of commercial and noncommercial Internet book reviews in order to explore the judgment criteria for commercial (i.e., fake) and noncommercial (i.e., authentic) Internet book reviews. An empirical investigation was then performed to confirm which genre characteristics could serve as judgment criteria. Results indicated that structure and format, attributes of content, information orientation, number of words, lexical richness, personal pronouns, and paralinguistic features can provide useful clues to judgments. Moreover, commercial Internet book reviews with certain genre characteristics may hide their commercial intentions. These findings can provide reference for judgment criteria for online readers or librarians who want to select books based on objective book reviews, or on Internet bookstore marketing strategies that focus on electronic word-of-mouth comments.  相似文献

Abstract

Librarians frequently have the opportunity to purchase Russian publications from nontraditional retail outlets, such as authors, book agents, or other independent sources, rather than book vendors. These transactions take place for a number of reasons, but generally they are done to acquire specialized materials that are not readily available through established outlets. In addition, the domestic price of Russian books is substantially lower than the prices charged by foreign vendors and as a result independent Russian purchasing agents can offer books at very competitive prices. Unfortunately, because these transactions do not follow established library procedures, they are often very labor-intensive and difficult to complete.  相似文献

近年来,在线知识付费产业迅速发展,相关研究随之增多,研究结果不尽相同。本文以用户在线知识付费意愿为因变量,现有研究中验证的与付费意愿相关的各影响因素为自变量,对检索并经筛选后得到的29篇国内外相关实证研究进行定量元分析。元分析结果显示,纳入分析的7个影响因素与用户的在线知识付费意愿显著相关,其中感知价值相关程度最高,感知风险性与付费意愿呈负相关性并且相关性最弱。平台类型作为调节变量影响主观规范、感知价值、感知有用性、信任和感知风险性5个自变量与知识付费意愿的关系。本文通过对在线知识付费意愿影响因素的实证研究结果进行系统梳理和验证,为在线知识付费体系完善和相关领域后续研究提供参考。  相似文献
