失范与规范：教师权力的规约

教师权力具有意志性、影响性、差异性等特征,在日常教学与管理活动中存在着局部失范的现象。典型的教师权力失范主要表现为无权可用、有权不用、权力误用以及权力滥用,它们由心理需求、媒体效应、权力寻租等多种原因共同造成。规范教师权力的基本途径可以从三个方面来考虑：提高教师素质、加强法制建设、强化制约监督。  相似文献   

教师微观权力的活动影像及策略运作

从空间的视角来考察,教师微观权力主要体现在实在空间——教室,以及虚拟空间——关系网络之中。教室空间的布置和利用,透露出教师微观权力的活动影像。教学关系与冲突关系中存在着教师微观权力的运作策略,如纪律、提问、话语权力、批评建议、奖励惩罚、考试评估等。在各类权力策略中,惩戒策略的合理性及强制性策略的可行性值得审视。  相似文献   

我国高等教育学博士学位论文引文索引分析——基于学术关注度的研究

基于CNKI数据库2000-2011年度的数据,从高等教育学博士学位论文被引频次的年限分布、培养单位分布、研究领域分布、研究方式分布等4个维度进行相关分析。结果表明:高等教育学博士学位论文的学术关注度随着时间推移呈现倒U型发展态势;"985工程"院校的高等教育学博士学位论文学术关注度高于"211工程"院校;高等教育体制与结构研究领域备受博士生青睐;实证研究法是高等教育学博士生最关注的研究方法。这些结果为高等教育学博士生的培养与管理提供了有益的启示。  相似文献   

Molecular dynamics simulation study on behaviors of liquid 1,2-dichloroethane under external electric fields

Molecular dynamics simulation was carried out to study the behavior of liquid 1,2-dichloroethane molecules under external electric fields including direct current field, alternating current field and positive-half-period cosin field. The maximum applied field strength was 10⁸ V/m, the maximum frequency of the alternating current field and that of the positive-half-period cosine field was 10¹² Hz. The simulation revealed that the field type and field strength act on the population of the molecular configuration. In the strong direct current field, all trans forms converted completely into gauche forms. Order parameter and the correlation of the system torsion angle were also investigated. The results suggested that these two dynamical parameters depended also on the field type and the field strength. The maximum of order parameter was found to be at 0.6 in the strong direct current field.  相似文献
