To explore the citation evolution of papers published in the same year but different month, we selected papers from a discipline (physical geography), a subject (diabetes: endocrine and metabolism) and a journal (Journal of Biological Chemistry) published in 2005 as research objects. These papers were divided into six groups according to the difference in publication month, and we analyzed citations to these papers for the 9 years after publication. The results showed that within 5 years after papers from physical geography were published, the overall differences in citations of papers in different groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05); after that, the differences were not statistically significant. Within 5 years after papers from diabetes (endocrine and metabolism) were published, the overall differences in citations of papers in different groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05); thereafter, the differences were not statistically significant. Within 7 years after papers from the Journal of Biological Chemistry were published, the overall differences in citations of papers in different groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05); thereafter, the differences were not statistically significant. Citations of papers followed the same pattern irrespective of discipline, subject or journal: citations of papers published in the same year but different month were obviously different in the first few publishing years, but as time went on, only the difference in publication month in a calendar year did not affect the papers' longer‐term citation.  相似文献

不同剂量郑氏三七散动物肾细胞毒理学研究

目的：通过对大鼠服用不同剂量的郑氏三七散进行干预实验,以此了解郑氏三七散的毒理学性质。方法：实验选取SD雄性大鼠48只,随机分为四组：空白对照组、常规剂量组,中等剂量组和大剂量组,每组12只。干预实验持续3周。实验后抽取各组大鼠的血液检测,称取肾脏重量,留取肾组织标本观察。结果：（1）大鼠给药三周后,不同剂量组以及对照组的大鼠外观特征和行为活动表现正常,各组大鼠体重变化正常;（2）肾脏病理切片显示服用不同剂量郑氏三七散各组大鼠与对照组肾脏被膜完整,肾细胞结构完整,肾组织细胞未见坏死等异常现象出现;（3）各组大鼠肾脏重量及系数均无显著差异;（4）各组大鼠血液中尿素氮（BUN）和肌酐（Cr）无显著差异。结论：本实验条件下,三组不同剂量郑氏三七散使用时均比较安全,没有副作用,适合临床使用。  相似文献   

国家赛艇队MH2-队员划桨技术指标体系的构建

摘要：目的：构建国家赛艇队MH2-划桨技术指标体系。方法：采用Dr.Valery Kleshnev团队研发的赛艇运动生物力学信息采集系统,对国家赛艇队16名MH2-队员进行了划桨技术测试,借助路径分析、因子分析等统计方法构建指标体系。结论：①国家赛艇队MH2-划桨技术指标体系包括艇速、划桨效率、躯干手臂驱动、时间、桨力等五大类指标,对划桨技术的贡献率基本一致;②一个划桨周期中,最大艇速与最小艇速差值、艇速标准差都可以有效反映转桨蹬腿过程中艇速的衰减程度;最大艇速和最小艇速都是越大越好,艇速变化越小越好。国家赛艇队MH2-运动员可以通过减小艇最大加速度、艇倾斜幅度来减小艇速变化;③打滑幅度是影响有效划幅%的重要指标（β=-0.97）。出水打滑、拉桨相对深度、回桨平均高度、回桨最大高度是影响打滑幅度的有效指标。国家赛艇队MH2-运动员可以通过减小出水打滑幅度和回桨最大高度、加大拉桨相对深度和回桨的平均高度来减少打滑幅度;④国家赛艇队MH2-队员躯干手臂驱动幅度和角度的相关系数为-0.92。队员可根据个人用力特点,调整躯干手臂驱动幅度和角度,提高桨力-时间曲线的后弧饱满度;⑤回桨时间是制约拉桨节奏最主要的因素,国家赛艇队MH2-队员可通过减小收腿平均速度和收腿桨角系数缩短回桨时间;⑥国家赛艇队MH2-队员可以通过加快蹬腿速度、减慢拉桨速度,来增大拉桨平均力。  相似文献

Quantitative detection of cells expressing BlaC using droplet-based microfluidics for use in the diagnosis of tuberculosis

This paper describes a method for the quantitative detection of cells expressing BlaC, a β-lactamase naturally expressed by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, intended for the diagnosis of tuberculosis. The method is based on the compartmentalization of bacteria in picoliter droplets at limiting dilutions such that each drop contains one or no cells. The co-encapsulation of a fluorogenic substrate probe for BlaC allows the quantification of bacteria by enumerating the number of fluorescent drops. Quantification of 10 colony forming units per milliliter is demonstrated. Furthermore, the encapsulation of single cell in drops maintains the specificity of the detection scheme even when the concentration of bacteria that do not express BlaC exceeds that expressing BlaC by one million-fold.  相似文献
