With great eagerness, I was led by Ms. Sun, a senior embroiderer, into the Ancient Embroidery Workshop where Suzhou Embroidery Research Institute is based. All of sudden I was fascinated by the dazzling array of embroidery works of past dynasties like laceworks, dress collars and dragon-patterned gowns. All these embroidery exhibits date back to hundreds of years but still look sleek and shining today. 《蒙古秘史》第二百一十九节有“客儿罕荅忽塔”(“ker qandaqu ta”)一词,其旁译为“怎满立的您”。海内外《秘史》学家对这一词的解读大相径庭,对其旁译“满立”的校勘亦莫衷一是。笔者认为“罕荅忽”为被动态形容动词,紧随其后的“塔”则为表示这一形容动词第二人称复数的附加成分;其旁译“满立”乃误,应校勘作“被满意”为宜。  相似文献   

The influence of distractor strength and response order on MCQ responding

Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) play a key role in standardised testing and in-class assessment. Research into the influence of within-item response order on MCQ characteristics has been mixed. While some researchers have shown preferential selection of response options presented earlier in the answer list, others have failed to replicate these results. This paper investigates a possible explanation for these mixed findings by assessing the influence of distractor strength on MCQ response order effects. A real-world assessment was administered to 232 undergraduates in which the response order within items was systematically varied. A generalised multilevel model was then used to show a significant interaction between distractor strength and response position with regard to response behaviour. Furthermore, the effect was found to be independent of student ability. These findings have implications for MCQ test construction, minimising the negative consequences of MCQ test exposure and promoting improved test-taking strategies.  相似文献

Abstract

The swelling discourses on organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) have diffused into areas of management and organisational research. The existing literature encapsulates that trust will mediate the relationship between the three dimensions of organisational justice: procedural justice, distributive justice and interactional justice and OCB. Based on the literature discussions, several hypotheses were proposed and conceptual framework was formulated. A total of 411 teachers had responded and participated in the survey. The collected data were analysed using Smart Partial Least Square software. Vigorous two-stage analytical procedure was adopted. The statistical results indicated that trust significantly mediates the relationship between organisational justice and OCB as well as the dimensions of organisational justice and OCB with various degrees of mediating effects. These findings have provided new insights in the organisational behaviour discipline and shed light on trust’s mediation in the relationship of organisational justice and OCB.  相似文献
