睡眠呼吸暂停综合征及检测方法

睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (SleepApneaSyndromes,SAS) ,表现为在睡眠中反复出现暂时性呼吸停止 ,每晚 7h左右睡眠中 ,呼吸暂停可达 30次以上且每次在 10s以上。目前常用多导睡眠仪或呼吸诊断仪通过临床监护进行诊断 ,但是价格昂贵复杂 ,不便推广。本文在详述该征及诊断同时还介绍了一种简便易行的检测SAS的有效方法 ,即利用人在呼吸时鼻腔周围的温度和压力变化 ,通过换能器来获得睡眠中的呼吸信息 ,利用运放构成简单电路 ,用计算器作计数器组成简易呼吸暂停检测装置。  相似文献

Understanding the quality factors that influence the continuance intention of students toward participation in MOOCs

The massive open online course (MOOC) is emerging as the new paradigm for modern education. The success of MOOCs depends on learners’ continued usage. Drawing upon the information systems success model (IS success model) and technology acceptance model, a theoretical model for studying learners’ continuance intentions toward participation in MOOCs was developed. Based on survey data from 294 respondents, structural equation modeling was employed to assess the model. The results of this analysis indicate that system quality, course quality, and service quality were significant antecedents of the continuance intention of individuals, and the effect of course quality and service quality were mediated by perceived usefulness. The results contribute to the extant literatures in the context of MOOCs learning by identifying the critical quality factors, and provide managerial guidelines for MOOCs utilization and generalization. The implications of the present findings for research and managerial practice are discussed.  相似文献

Effect of the content of dopants in the manganese-zinc ferrites on the low power loss is studied by measuring magnetic properties and observing the grain boundary structures. The Mn0.738Zn0.206Fe2.066O4 composition powders were prepared by using conventional ceramic powder processing technique. The microstructure of grain boundary was observed by scanning electron microscope （SEM）. It has been found that power loss is greatly dependent upon the content of the additives.  相似文献

Although many studies have examined techniques used to evaluate faculty performance, the literature has generally provided mixed results regarding the proper ways to measure teaching effectiveness. This paper provides the results of a survey of 1300 administrators and faculty of AACSB International accredited institutions. Respondents were asked what they believe is currently being used, and what should be used, to evaluate overall faculty performance and teaching effectiveness. Differences in responses are evaluated across school types, respondent positions, and respondent years of experience. The findings of this study provide a ‘benchmark’ of measures administrators can use to evaluate faculty performance.  相似文献
