近代闽人词学的论争及其意义

从“闽人填词音韵不叶”这个词坛公案说起,提出方音入词当立足于填词合乎音律的思想。闽籍词家出于振兴闽地词学和论争的需要,表现出了浓郁的“独树一帜”的区域词学观念。通过闽籍词家的努力,近代闽地词学虽未成为词坛中心,但却生发了词学相关问题的深入讨论和使“吾闽永此一途”的意义。  相似文献

Using the UK experience as a template, this paper explores the concept of competencies as a viable bridge to employer engagement. In this context, the definition of competency coalesces into three primary interpretations (input, output and ‘behaviour’), leading to three applications: work related skill sets, standards and professionalism. These in turn, inform intersecting relationships — the link between employer skills needs and education (work-based learning), educational and workplace competency, and quality (accreditation of employer based training, and credit accumulation and transfer systems) and vocational competency (fit for practice, and fit for purpose). For each element, relevant models and indicative practice is presented. The paper concludes by offsetting competencies with employer engagement, and offers approaches (vignettes) to actively advance this critical agenda.  相似文献

教师跨校交流本质上就是教师与学校的个人?组织匹配再调整。调查发现,城乡中小学教师的个人?组织匹配总体较好,但有待提高。基于对个人?组织匹配理论的分析,结合中小学教师个人?组织匹配现状调查,本研究认为提高城乡教师跨校交流可采取如下策略:加大农村学校支持力度,提高城区交流教师与农村学校的需求?供给匹配;推行以骨干教师、优秀校长为主,普通教师为辅的交流队伍模式;提前公开交流教师与接收学校信息,尊重双方意愿,推行双向选择;重构个人?组织价值观体系,营造民主、互助、奋进的组织氛围;依托骨干教师搭建教师成长平台,提升农村学校与教师的要求?能力匹配与需求?供给匹配,实现交流教师成长与学校发展的双赢。  相似文献

Specifically individual differences, environmental differences and time are proposed as potential moderators. 百农AK58小麦光合特性的研究

在大田条件下,研究了百农AK58及温麦6号、新麦18号、周麦18号 4个小麦品种旗叶的光合作用特性.研究表明:百农AK58、温麦6号、新麦18号和周麦18号旗叶净光合速率/光合有效辐射的拟合系数分别为:0.91,0.59,0.43,0.79;最大净光合速率分别为:22.8μmol·m2·s-1,20.6μmol·m2·s-1,19.4μmol·m2·s-1,21.5μmol·m2·s-1;光补偿点分别为:75.9μmol/(m2·s),24.2μmol/(m2·s),76.9μmol/(m2·s),115.4μmol/(m2·s);CO2补偿点分别为:75.5 μmol/mol,43.7 μmol/mol,75.6 μmol/mol,81.5 μmol/mol.结果表明:百农AK58小麦品种具有较强的耐高温、强光特性和较好的光合生产潜力.  相似文献
