新建地方性本科院校在培养英语专业复合型人才中,与其它高校相比,既有共性,也有个性。在回顾我国普通高校英语专业人才培养模式的基础上,分析了地方性本科院校培养英语专业复合型人才中面临的问题,并指出,新建地方性本科院校应以培养复合型、应用型英语人才为目标,但强调复合型人才培养的根基在于强化英语语言文学专业的学科本体,为学生奠定扎实的英语功底和深厚的人文素养,在条件具备的情况下加强复合型人才的培养,逐步形成和发展以专业方向为导标的人才培养新模式和新方向。  相似文献

复杂网络理论可用于分析各领域的复杂系统。针对中国内地电影的复杂关系,设计网络建模算法,依据2017年票房榜排名前200的电影信息,以数据集中的实体为节点、实体之间的关系为边,构建复杂网络模型,基于该模型对2017年度中国内地电影复杂网络进行分析。结果表明,高产演员对票房无明显影响;介数中心性和特征向量中心性均小于特定值时,电影票房失败的概率较高;介数中心性和特征向量中心性分布在特定区域之内时,电影获得高票房的概率高达73%。建模实验与基于模型的分析证明了2017年中国内地电影复杂网络建模的有效性,揭示了电影票房和电影复杂网络中节点中心性之间的相关性。  相似文献

创新驱动战略实施背景下,融入创新合作网络是中国各省域提升区域创新能力的重要途径。本文基于2008—2018年中国省际之间在Web of Science核心合集发表的论文合作数,构建中国省际创新合作网络,描绘其时空演化特征,并借助零膨胀负二项回归深入分析影响机制。研究发现:中国省际创新合作网络结构逐渐复杂化、均衡化,省际创新合作网络中网络节点之间的联系不断丰富,在网络中重要节点省份逐渐增多,而且随着时间推移,网络结构不断优化。多维邻近性检验显示网络邻近性、产业邻近性是影响创新合作关系的重要因素,地理邻近性、经济邻近性影响较小,网络邻近性可以通过调节地理邻近性、经济邻近性影响创新合作。  相似文献

    专利联盟能否帮助联盟成员防范联盟伙伴专利诉讼?基于联盟学习、合作竞争和社会网络理论,着眼于专利联盟网络,以2006—2018年MPEGLA管理的12个专利联盟成员为样本,通过14 454组配对,采用负二项回归模型实证研究专利联盟对遭受联盟伙伴专利诉讼的影响机制,并分析探索式合作、竞争性学习、网络中心位置和技术相似性的调节作用。研究发现:专利联盟与遭受联盟伙伴专利诉讼强度呈正向关系,探索式合作、竞争性学习和网络中心位置显著削弱专利联盟与专利诉讼的关系,而技术相似性显著强化专利联盟与专利诉讼的关系。本文拓展了专利联盟对联盟伙伴互动的影响路径,对于高技术企业有效利用专利联盟并防范联盟伙伴专利诉讼具有现实指导意义。  相似文献

以情报学领域的12种期刊在2000-2009年间的7 389位作者形成的合著网络为例,分别基于度和K-shell,介数和K-shell对作者传播影响力进行比较分析。结果表明,K-shell值较度、介数能更好地表征作者的传播影响力。这种方法可以推广到基于科技文献数据的其他网络中,如识别文献共被引网络、文献耦合网络中最具传播影响力的关键文献。  相似文献

This study tested Feeley and Barnett's (1997) Erosion Model (EM) of employee turnover which predicts that individuals who are more central in their communication network will be more likely to remain at their position (or less likely to turnover). Seventy employees from three different organizations were surveyed about their attitudes toward their jobs and were also asked to indicate (by checklist) which employees they spoke to regularly at work. Turnover data were obtained at 3 and 6 months time after the surveys were completed. Results generally supported the Erosion Model of employee turnover. Those employees with high Degree or number of links in the network were less likely to turnover. Employees who required fewer links to communicate to all others in the network (i.e., Closeness) were also less likely to turnover but this relationship only approached statistical significance (p = .06). Betweenness, defined as the frequency with which a person falls between pairs of other positions in a network, was also significantly related to employee turnover. It was also predicted, based on Feeley and Bamett's EM, that the relationship between network position and turnover would be mediated by an employee's level of commitment to the organization and his or her intentions to leave work. Closeness significantly predicted commitment while Betweenness and Degree were unrelated to commitment levels. Organizational commitment was negatively related to intentions to leave work and, unexpectedly, commitment levels were positively related to employee turnover. The results were discussed and the applications of this research for management practitioners were considered.  相似文献

为了定量研究中国英文科技期刊在我国科学研究和出版交流活动中所发挥的作用,借鉴语言学研究中对某一个语言"交际价值"的定量测度方法,设计出评价中国英文科技期刊交流价值的新指标Q。它的定义由3部分组成,即期刊所在学科的英文流行度P、在学科内期刊的学术影响中心度C、期刊学术影响的国际扩散度D。若以这3个指标构成三维坐标系,每种期刊看作是从点0出发的一个向量,则指标Q的含义可以理解为期刊向量的长度。通过对45种中国英文科技期刊样本的实际计算,发现交流价值Q可以从一个方面以较好的区分度和准确性体现中国英文科技期刊的实用价值。  相似文献

Comparative Education as a subject or course on teacher education curricula mainly continues to be taught in Ireland, some African and East European countries and a few colleges in Ireland, the UK and several universities in the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Latin America and Australia. This research compares Irish and South African students' experiences of their Comparative Education courses. The article commences with a survey of literature on the position of Comparative Education in teacher education, a portrayal of the contextual background of South Africa and of Ireland, and a brief synopsis of the pre-course survey of students' expectations, upon which this study builds. Subsequently the research method is explained and the results presented. Three findings emerged from this study. The first is the valuable role of Comparative Education in teacher education. The second is the role of contextual factors in determining the significance of Comparative Education in teacher education. Thirdly, the centrality of clients (i.e. students) is critical to the future of Comparative Education in teacher education.  相似文献

The emergence of big data brings both opportunities and challenges to high-tech enterprises. How to keep competitive advantages and improve innovation performance is important for enterprises in big data environment. Except from organizational learning ability and the use of advanced technology, the corporate governance also plays an important role in the process of enterprise’s innovation practice. This article creatively combines with the insights of internal and external governance, and explores how the managerial power and network centrality affects enterprise’s innovation performance in big data environment. Considering about the differences among distinct regional big data environment (strong/weak), this paper also takes classification research on it. The research findings show that managerial power has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, managerial power could enhance enterprise’s centrality in network, and the enterprise which located in network central position has more advantages in obtaining resources and significantly improves firm’s innovation performance. Network centrality plays a mediating role on managerial power and innovation performance. Further research finds that the positive effects of managerial power and network centrality are more significantly in the strong big data environment. These findings enrich the research of high-tech enterprise innovation from a combinative governance view, and contribute to the literatures on enterprise innovation in big data environment.  相似文献

为改进引文分析方法在探测学科期刊群落结构中的应用,以我国经济学期刊为例,运用社会网络分析法中的相关理论与方法,测度经济学期刊互引网络的结构层次。包括利用中心性分析判断该网络存在单一核心,利用核心-边缘模型将期刊互引网络分成从核心到边缘的5个区域。最后将核心度排名结果与CSSCI来源期刊排名相比较,分析了核心度作为期刊评价指标的适用性和优势。认为利用核心-边缘模型可以得出针对任何一个学科门类的期刊核心-边缘分布,并将期刊分层可视化;有助于弥补基于个体属性得出的各种统计指标的不足;可对期刊群进行多层分区,打破核心与非核心的二元划分方式。  相似文献
