目的:探讨有规律太极拳锻炼对注意力缺少多动障碍(ADHD)倾向儿童的影响,为太极拳锻炼干预治疗ADHD提供理论依据。方法:采用康纳斯诊断量表筛选出多动指数在1.5以上学龄儿童,随机分成年龄、身高、体重相匹配太极拳组(n =18,男童8、女童10)和对照组(n =18,男童9、女童9)。在16周太极拳干预前后对两组受试者进行儿童行为量表、儿童感觉系统能力发展和儿童适应性行为量表评估。结果:(1)在儿童行为量表测试中,太极拳组社交退缩、多动和交往不良因子得分显著减小( P <0.05);(2)感觉综合量表测试中,太极拳组的前庭功能和本体感觉得分显著增加(P <0.05);(3)适应性行为量表测试中,太极拳组的独立因子和认知因子得分非常显著增加( P <0.01)。结论:定期的太极拳锻炼一定程度改善了 ADHD 倾向儿童的症状,建议太极拳锻炼可作为 ADHD儿童的运动疗法。 相似文献

Supporting children and young people’s mental health is a central aim of the UK government policy, with those with learning difficulties a particularly vulnerable group. This systematic review of research uses published literature to explore how access and participation in therapy might be facilitated for young people with learning difficulties. Twelve studies published 2000-2019 were identified, which described the experiences of access to, and participation in therapy for people with learning difficulties, although notably most of these involved adults. Findings indicated eight themes: pre-therapy, careful contracting, therapy is hard, idiosyncratic needs, therapeutic relationship, group therapy, reviewing therapy and it changed my life. These were organized into three chronological stages: setting up of therapy; therapeutic processes; and therapeutic outcomes. A number of strategies that can promote access and participation are suggested for professionals working therapeutically with young people with learning difficulties, around contracting, clear communication, the therapeutic alliance and the ending of therapy. 相似文献

Attrition from child trauma-focused treatments such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is common; yet, the factors of children who prematurely terminate are unknown. The aim of the current study was to identify risk factors for attrition from TF-CBT. One hundred and twenty-two children (ages 3–18; M = 9.97, SD = 3.56; 67.2% females; 50.8% Caucasian) who received TF-CBT were included in the study. Demographic and family variables, characteristics of the trauma, and caregiver- and child-reported pretreatment symptoms levels were assessed in relation to two operational definitions of attrition: 1) clinician-rated dropout, and 2) whether the child received an adequate dose of treatment (i.e., 12 or more sessions). Several demographic factors, number of traumatic events, and children’s caregiver-rated pretreatment symptoms were related to clinician-rated dropout. Fewer factors were associated with the adequate dose definition. Child Protective Services involvement, complex trauma exposure, and child-reported pretreatment trauma symptoms were unrelated to either attrition definition. Demographics, trauma characteristics, and level of caregiver-reported symptoms may help to identify clients at risk for premature termination from TF-CBT. Clinical and research implications for different operational definitions and suggestions for future work will be presented. 相似文献

Abstract Though wilderness therapy programs are growing in number and popularity, the theoretical basis for distinguishing wilderness therapy from traditional therapeutic modalities is lacking. Existing models describing the wilderness therapy process have been stage-based, meaning the process has been conceptualized as sequential and discrete. Lost in this conceptualization of the wilderness therapy process is the dynamic and interrelated nature of therapeutic factors reasoned to be present at all times and to varying degrees. To address the limitations of stage based models and the lack of a strong theoretical basis in wilderness therapy, a concurrent model of the wilderness therapy process is proposed. This proposed model consists of three factors believed to be unique to the wilderness therapy milieu: Wilderness, Physical Self, and Social Self. The constituents of each of these factors are detailed and theoretical rationale for inclusion provided. In addition hypotheses about the intensity of each of these factors are discussed as a function of the temporal progression of the wilderness experience (e.g. entrance into wilderness program, exiting wilderness program). Advantages of the proposed model as well as suggestions for model testing and refinement are included. 相似文献

Abstract From a tourism perspective Scotland's greatest natural resource is it's scenery. Recent studies have indicated that the contribution of outdoor recreation (which depend on this asset) to the Scottish economy have traditionally been underestimated. Published work from a range of sources are reviewed together with case studies of the additional contribution of Outdoor Education Centres, and other forms of provision. The main findings are as follows: Outdoor recreation generates perhaps at least £600 – £800m of Scotland's tourist income, much of which is in rural areas and also extends the traditional tourist season; Outdoor Education Centres are significant employers in certain rural areas; Evidence from one area of Scotland (Lothian Region) suggests that the pattern of outdoor education provision has changed significantly in recent years; ‘Therapeutic’ outdoor activity programmes seem effective in reducing youth crime and the cost-saving to the tax-payer is substantial. 相似文献

Inhibition of emotional experience is a widely acknowledged characteristic of many Western-raised men. While this affective inhibition may impact men chronically in many ways, it becomes particularly salient when men are bereaved or otherwise grieving and are unable fully to experience normative emotional responses to loss. This article briefly examines some psychosocial developmental underpinnings of men’s affective suppression that have been hypothesized by psychoanalytic theorists, and moves on to suggest an approach for helping grieving men reestablish contact with emotional experience. Experiential Dynamic Therapy (EDT)—a family of approaches that attends to underlying or core affect, the anxiety it provokes in clients, and the defensive maneuvers they use to avoid the anxiety-provoking affect—is introduced and described operationally. The article concludes with specific sample interventions grounded in EDT for helping grieving young men gain access to a full range of affect. 相似文献
