环己烷为连续相，水为分散相，采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂，研究了碱用量，引发剂用量，交联剂用量及温度等反应条件对树脂物理状态和吸水性能的影响，制得吸水树脂最高可吸水850mL/g，吸0．9％NaCl溶液120mL/g。  相似文献

Serum glycoconjugates and ceruloplasmin in cancer of uterine cervix

The present study was done to assess the levels of glycoconjugates and ceruloplasmin in sera of patients with cervical cancer. Serum hexoses, hexosamines, sialic acid and fucose are elevated in a variety of inflammatory and neoplastic conditions. All the glycoconjugates, except fucose were increased in serum of patients compared to controls. Also, hexoses and sialic acid levels were high in patients with later stages of cancer compared to patients with early stage disease (P=<0.0001, P=0.03). Serum ceruloplasmin was increased in patients with early stage cancer (51.5mg/dl) and with late stage cancer (61mg/dl) compared to controls (38mg/dl). The elevated glycoconjugates may be the result of inflammatory reaction associated with neoplasia, as serum ceruloplasmin (an acute phase reactant) is also increased in these patients.  相似文献

为了优化酶水解法生产芥酸的工艺条件,在AOT/异辛烷反胶束体系中,选择合适的脂肪酶,并考察其水解的影响因素。结果表明:来源于洋葱假单胞菌(Pseudomonascepacia)的脂肪酶对于高芥酸菜子油的水解能力强。当反胶束体系含水量为11,pH值为7.0,菜子油浓度为15%(v/v),水解温度为35℃,反应不到1h,水解率即达到50%;反应24h,水解完全。  相似文献

介绍氯甲基膦酸的合成方法、纯品的制备和主要用途以及氯甲基膦酸的物理化学性质.重点是对该化合物的酸性进行了研究,利用电位滴定法绘出了滴定曲线.研究表明,氯甲基膦酸为二元酸,可以进行二级电离.在测定温度(27℃)下,其浓度平衡常数Kα_1和Kα_2分别为1.29×10~(-2)、6.82×10~(-7);活度平衡常数K’α_1和K’α_2分别为1.26×10~(-2)和6.51×10~(-7).  相似文献

本文利用2000年以来中国气象局的酸雨观测站网的观测资料，分析了近年来我国酸雨形势出现的一些新的变化，其中京津地区近年来酸雨程度与2000年前相比明显地逐年加重趋势最值得关注。本文着重分析了京津地区的酸雨程度的长期变化趋势，指出：为了迎接奥运会近年来北京等地加大了空气污染的治理力度，大气颗粒物总浓度的逐年下降，一次颗粒物如扬尘、工业粉尘对降水酸性的中和能力减弱，二次颗粒物如硫酸盐、硝酸盐等浓度和比例的升高，可能是近年来京津地区降水酸性明显增加的重要原因；这种情况提示我们，区域降水酸性对近年来采取的相关环境治理措施具有敏感的响应。  相似文献

With N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP) and itaconic acid ( IA ), poly ( N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone/itaconic acid) [ P(NVP/IA) ] hydrogel was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization. The structure of this P(NVP/IA) was characterized by IR. Effects of concentration of itaconic acid, amount of cross-link agent,N, N‘-methylene-bis-acrylamide, reaction temperature, and time on properties of swelling ratio (SR) of the hydrogel were investigated. The results show that the best swelling property of the hydrogel is obtained at 50 ℃ and 1.5 h. pH sensitivity increases as the concentration of itaconic acid in the hydrogel system increases.Swelling ratio of the hydrogel decreases as the amount of cross-link agent increases.  相似文献
