20年来智力障碍定义发生了重要的演变。第一次转变是从1983年的定义系统转变为1992年的定义系统,这次转变是将智力障碍从一个人的固有特性转变为一个人能力与环境相互作用的功能状态;并提出了按支持程度分类的新系统;第二次转变是在第一次转变基础上继续强调从5个维度来为智力障碍者提供支持,提供个人功能状态,最终提高他们的生活质量。智力障碍定义的演化改变了人们智力障碍的观念,对智力障碍的分类系统、教育和成人康复实践产生了重要影响。 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present data demonstrating the differential pattern of association among play behaviors and
developmental age that emerge for children with and without mental retardation across play situations. Seventeen preschool
children with mental retardation and 17 preschool children without mental retardation were matched on developmental age and
sex and observed during both home-based independent play and classroom-based freeplay. Results are presented for (a) between-group
comparisons of home-based and classroom-based categorical–developmental age and sequential play–developmental age correlational
patterns, (b) between setting comparisons of home-based and classroom-based categorical–developmental age and sequential play–developmental
age correlational patterns within each group, and (c) comparisons of the pattern of categorical play–developmental age and
sequential play–developmental age correlations within both setting and group. Results suggest both group and setting variation
in the play–developmental age correlational patterns. Implications for multi-contextual understanding of children’s play and
the use of play in early childhood assessment are discussed. 相似文献

The present study demonstrates the possibility of increased lipid peroxidation and protein oxidation in both maternal and
fetal erythrocytes as markers of oxygen radical activity during intrauterine growth retardation. The erythrocyte MDA levels
were significantly elevated in mothers of IUGR babies when compared to controls (p<0.01). The endogenous protein damage due
to oxidative stress was significantly higher in IUGR mothers when compared to controls (p<0.05). Similarly the proteolytic
activity in erythrocyte lysates against oxidatively damaged hemoglobin was significantly increased in mothers of IUGR babies
compared to controls (p<0.001).
In fetuses born with IUGR, both lipid peroxidation and proteolytic activity were significantly increased when compared to
normal newborns (p<0.01).
The result of this study indicates that oxidative stress was induced both in IUGR babies and their mothers which is manifested
as increased lipid peroxidation and protein oxidant damage. 相似文献

提出合理设置相位延迟以提高光学三维信息解密质量的方法. 利用多个垂直于同一光轴的二维函数,分别以离轴和同轴的形式构造简单三维信息. 采取基于相位抽取的光学三维信息加密算法进行模拟,验证了同轴构造三维信息解密质量受噪声干扰较大,且噪声的产生与加密过程中的相位抽取无关. 通过考察信息相位分布和相位延迟对解密质量的影响,证明合理设置相位延迟可降低解密噪声. 设计2种相位延迟设置方案,分析相应的约束条件. 相似文献
