The logs of four universities using the OhioLINK journal system were evaluated for a period of fifteen months using deep log analysis methods in order to compare and contrast the information seeking behaviour of their users. Large differences were found, especially between the research and teaching universities. Methodological problems associated with making the comparisons are discussed in some detail especially in terms of defining online sessions. 相似文献

This paper will explore some issues raised by an evaluation of a Scottish video making project which works with young people in trouble or 'at risk' in school. In the paper we reflect on the problems of evaluating work with troubled and troublesome pupils and on the difficulties of both collecting and presenting appropriate evidence. It offers a contribution to continuing debates over educational exclusion and inclusion and to the research literature on strategies for supporting young people in school. Instructional technology, especially the use of computers and the Internet has been lagging behind in the German educational system in comparison to other European countries. When this lack was realized in the second half of the 1990s it had quite a “shock-effect” but one of the healthy kind: Since then numerous public and private initiatives have been started to advance the use of technology in schools, higher education, and in vocational training. At the college and university level, there is a trend towards connecting online and offline courses. Also, it was understood that it is not enough to just provide schools and universities with the technology needed but that the introduction of technology has to be accompanied by profound systemic and structural changes. Thus, there is great hope that the use of technology in education will fuel educational innovations at all levels needed for educating and training pupils and students to act as responsible and media-literate citizens in a modern world. 相似文献

本文根据硅CCD摄像器件的特点和要求,设计出一套可用来监控硅CCD工艺的测试图形,并把此套图形应用于实际的CCD工艺。实验分析其它工艺参数的同时,重点对存贮时间Tc和界面态密度Nss进行了研究。认为工艺过程引起存贮时间的下降,是由于工艺诱生位错的影响,而工艺诱生位错主要由多晶硅层上二次栅氧化的界面应力所导致;认为界面态密度主要取决于栅氧化和退火工艺,与中间工序的关系不明显。整个实验表明,用微电子测试图形监控CCD工艺、分析器件失效,是可行可靠的。 相似文献
