新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,高校就业工作面临的形势更加严峻与复杂。该文分析了疫情防控期间高校推进就业工作面临的困难和挑战,提出要重点关注毕业生的主观思想意识,强化思想引导。二级院系作为高校就业工作的前沿阵地,要通过顶层统筹、凝聚共识,点面结合、精准指导,简化流程、加强培训,明晰责任、明确任务,加强考核、突出奖励等具体措施,进一步狠抓工作落实,有效推进就业工作。  相似文献
