This study examines the materials of a contemporary pictorial artwork, belonging to the Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki (Greece), and needing conservation. The combined use of micro-FTIR and micro-Raman spectroscopy allowed the identification of almost all painting materials. Moreover, the stability of a series of synthetic pigments towards accelerated ageing is investigated in applications using the contemporary binding medium styrene-acrylic copolymer. The pigments in question are: Hansa yellow PY3 and PY74, quinacridone PV19 and PR122, naphthol AS PR112, phthalocyanine green PG7 and blue PB15, dioxazine PV37, van Dyck brown PBk11, ivory black PBk9, and titanium dioxide PW6. The organic pigments were applied alone or mixed with titanium dioxide, in rutile form or as a mixture of rutile/anatase. The experimental swatches were subjected to ageing tests, and subsequently studied as to colour changes by means of colorimetric measurements, and as to the molecular structure differentiations by infrared spectroscopy in reflectance mode. The ageing tests included exposure to high temperature and humidity (90 °C, 60% RH) and to ultraviolet radiation (350 nm, 30 °C and 50% RH, with a substantial temperature increase at 90 °C for 3 days). The greater colour difference is caused by high temperature and humidity, whereas paint layers containing TiO2, and especially the mixture of the forms rutile/anatase, prove very susceptible to ultraviolet radiation, demonstrating a significant colour difference and extended molecular changes.  相似文献

本文证明了PVDF与at-PMMA共混物中两者之间非常弱的相互作用 .随着PVDF质量分数的提高 ,共混物显示出更为异相的性质 .通过红外光谱的示差扫描技术 ,减去共混物谱图中PVDF和at-PMMA的谱图 ,显示在高PVDF含量时 ,υc=o吸收峰向低波数移动 ,表明它们之间的相互作用存在于PMMA的羰基和PVDF的H原子之间 .接触角测量表明随着PVDF含量的提高 ,膜的憎水性增强 .当PVDF的含量超过 30 % (质量 % )时 ,对水的接触角大于 90° ,显示了优异的憎水性 .但是 ,膜可以被正己烷完全润湿 ,因而对正己烷的接触角测量不到  相似文献

研究目的:比较花椒挥发油与其主要成分作为经皮促透剂的皮肤细胞毒性,对系列不同油水分配系数药物促透作用特征及其作用机制。 创新要点:选择系列不同油水分配系数中药活性成分简化并表征中药制剂中复杂有效成分,对比研究花椒挥发油与其主要成分的经皮促透作用特征差异。 研究方法:利用表皮角质形成细胞(HaCaT)和真皮成纤维细胞(CCC-.ESF-1)测定其皮肤细胞毒性,选择系列不同油水分配系数中药活性成分作为模型药物测定花椒挥发油与其主要成分的经皮促透作用特征差异,并在此基础上采用傅利叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等研究其促透作用机制。 重要结论:花椒挥发油相对于其单一组成成分具有更好的经皮促透效果。  相似文献

用红外光谱内标法(K3[Fe(CN)6)]·6H2O为内标物)测定了红霉素肠溶片中红霉素的含量.实验表明:混合物红外光谱中红霉素的测量峰(1714.6cm-1)和K3[Fe(CN)6)]·6H2O的内标峰(2119.0cm-1)的峰高比(y=h i/h s)与两者质量比(x=m i/m s)有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=0.2642x-0.0579,相关系数R2=0.9973.据此测得红霉素肠溶片中红霉素的含量为标示量的101%,相对标准偏差为0.51%,加标回收率分别为96.8%101.9%.该方法无需分离提取,简便,快速,成本低,测定结果准确,特别适合批量检测和药品质量的快筛,有应用价值.  相似文献

Hardwoods and softwoods were used side by side throughout Egyptian history, and importing softwoods that had an attractive color and texture was common. Over the decades, artifacts based on hardwoods and softwoods underwent deterioration phenomena, sometimes reaching either a level of brittleness or turning into a wood powder that may easily crumble. These levels of decay/degradation are often difficult to handle in terms of conservation treatments. To study or identify the reasons for decay has always been a point of interest for conservation purposes, but to assess decay and choose an appropriate treatment according to the state of preservation for the sake of keeping an artifact intact has become a subject of major importance. It is difficult at times to understand the deterioration process, because hardwoods and softwoods are different in structure, properties, and chemical composition. For this preliminary study, decayed samples from three commonly used softwood types, cypress (Cupressus sp.), cedar (Cedrus sp.), and pine (Pinus sp.), were identified and chosen. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of the samples indicated the degree of decay. Decayed and non-aged samples of the same wood type were analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and all the major carbohydrate and lignin bands were recorded. The strong hydrogen bonded (O–H) stretching absorption associated with water linked by hydrogen bonds to the –OH groups of cellulose and hemicelluloses in all decayed samples increased with decay. The brown powdery, fragile samples that had been evidently affected by microbial decay had a higher amount of lignin. The lignin/carbohydrate ratio was calculated and results compared. The increase of either lignin percentage or extractives in some of the samples had caused a darkening of color in both cypress and cedar samples, but the pine sample did not have the same texture and appearance. In cases where the lignin percentage decreased the samples had changed to a slightly lighter color. FTIR results explained the decay phenomena observed in SEM micrographs and helped assess wood decay and also confirmed results that had been previously obtained while applying traditional chemical analysis on wood.  相似文献

茶叶的发酵工序是形成茶叶不同品种的关键环节。本文采用红外傅里叶变换光谱法,比较分析了云南普洱碧罗春茶(不发酵茶)、福建乌龙茶(半发酵茶)和普洱熟茶(全发酵茶)红外特征谱的异同。结果显示,三种茶叶的红外光谱比较相似,但由于发酵程度不同,三种茶中茶多酚类物质成分的含量不同,因而它们具有各自的红外特征谱。研究表明,茶叶的发酵程度与红外特征谱的1037cm^-1、1147cm^-1、1324cm^-1、1520cm^-1和1240cm^-1附近吸收峰的强度和峰形密切相关,根据上述红外光谱特征峰的吸光度和峰形,可以区分茶叶的发酵程度等。FTIR光谱法为不同发酵茶叶种类的鉴别,提供一种简便、快捷的方法。  相似文献

彝药双参和五气朝阳草都是典型的彝药药材,同属补养药.本文采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法测定彝药双参和五气朝阳草的红外光谱图.分析比较了两种样品在红外光谱图上的异同.结果表明,尽管它们同属补养药,但是它们各自的红外光谱的吸收峰的峰形、吸收位置和强度均有差异.通过对双参和五气朝阳草红外光谱图部分特征峰的药物活性分析,得出两者共同药物活性的分子解释.为双参和五气朝阳草的鉴定和药理分析提供科学的依据.  相似文献
