Blockchain technologies have captured the imagination of scholars, managers, and practitioners around the world. It is widely accepted by these actors that blockchain is not a buzzword, but a highly disruptive technology that is already remodeling the organizations and their supply chain business models. Despite the meaningful advance in the last years, blockchain applications regarding the operations and supply chain management (OSCM) are still in their infancy. Little is known about the role of blockchain in terms of operations traceability, as well in areas such as e-commerce, agriculture, public services, etc. Therefore, this Special Issue seeks to extend our understanding of blockchain applications in OSCM and how firms create and capture business value with blockchain. To this effect, this Special Issue will provide a well-articulated and in-depth discussion of the role of blockchain in creating value in the domain of OSCM. Specifically, it is expected that more light is shed on how blockchain integrates with and impacts new business models, transforms relationships, and improves performance and competitive advantage in OSCM. Also, the evolution of blockchain was reviewed in order to provide a strong background to the readers. The literature review was performed taking into account a bibliometric perspective of blockchain-related publications. The review supports the importance of this Special Issue by highlighting the urgent needs of this topic in this reputable journal. Over the past half century, Albert Camus's story ‘The Guest’ has attracted a great deal of scholarly attention. ‘The Guest’ focuses on the ethical dilemmas faced by Daru, a school teacher in Algeria, and the two visitors he receives one day: Balducci, a gendarme, and an unnamed Arab prisoner. This paper addresses Camus's text from an educational point of view. The first section outlines the position taken by Daniel Muhlestein, who analyses ‘The Guest’ in the light of Louis Althusser's distinction between Repressive State Apparatuses (RSAs) and Ideological State Apparatuses (ISAs). The second section provides an alternative educational reading of the text – one based on the moral complexity of the three principal characters. It is argued that the ethical questions raised by ‘The Guest’ are similar to those faced by many teachers, and that this is a story worthy of continuing educational engagement. 相似文献

自先秦始,中国各代王朝在京城均建有馆待蕃客(包括边疆及外国民族)的场所,如汉代的蛮夷邸;魏晋的客馆;北魏的四夷馆;隋唐时期的四方馆和鸿胪客馆,宋代的都亭驿、都亭西驿、礼宾院、怀远驿、同文馆;元明时期的会同馆,清代的会同四译馆等.通过对中国历代中央客馆建制的论述,可从一个侧面反映出中国古代对人京蕃客的接待与管理制度. 相似文献

蒂尔索以唐璜传说为题材创作的剧本《塞维亚的荡子》一经问世,很快便从西班牙流传到了意大利,并在意大利戏剧界引起了强烈反响。多种不同的改编本相继出现,其中包括希科尼尼的《石像的宾客》和吉利贝托失传的同名剧本。这一时期在意大利十分流行的即兴喜剧也对唐璜题材表现出了极大兴趣,据此改编的戏剧甚至成为了许多即兴喜剧剧团演出的保留剧目。唐璜传说在意大利的“成功”,一方面归团于文艺复兴运动的影响,另一方面应归园于传说所包含的“奇妙”因素适应了这一时期意大利观众欣赏趣味的需要。 相似文献

晚唐国运衰颓,环境清冷。马戴在晚唐虽不为时人所重,但却能反映当时感伤悲怆的诗风,亦是一位颇有成就的作家,张为的《诗人主客图》将他列为＂升堂＂弟子即是很好的证明。从其诗歌创作以及与此派门人的＂交往＂看,马戴登清雅派＂升堂＂之门大致有三点理由：第一,山水田园诗作内容简净朴实;第二,五言律诗呈现清幽淡雅的特色;第三,马戴与清雅派弟子姚合、贾岛二人颇有交谊。本文以马戴为研究对象,结合马戴所处时代背景,探讨其登清奇雅正派之＂升堂＂的各种因素。 相似文献
