Graphene-based actuators featuring fast and reversible deformation under various external stimuli are promising for soft robotics. However, these bimorph actuators are incapable of complex and programmable 3D deformation, which limits their practical application. Here, inspired from the collective coupling and coordination of living cells, we fabricated a moisture-responsive graphene actuator swarm that has programmable shape-changing capability by programming the SU-8 patterns underneath. To get better control over the deformation, we fabricated SU-8 micropattern arrays with specific geometries and orientations on a continuous graphene oxide film, forming a swarm of bimorph actuators. In this way, predictable and complex deformations, including bending, twisting, coiling, asymmetric bending, 3D folding, and combinations of these, have been achieved due to the collective coupling and coordination of the actuator swarm. This work proposes a new way to program the deformation of bilayer actuators, expanding the capabilities of existing bimorph actuators for applications in various smart devices.  相似文献

采用改进的Hummers方法制备了多层氧化石墨烯(Few-layered Graphene Oxide,FGO),并使用X-射线衍射(XRD)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对其结构进行了表征,提出了FGO的分子结构模型,通过AFM可知FGO主要由2~6层的单层氧化石墨烯组成.将FGO的水相悬浮液与含有油溶性还原剂的氯仿溶液进行混合反应,得到了部分还原的FGO(R-FGO),AFM结果表明R-FGO由平整的类氧化石墨烯(GO)层和卷曲的类石墨烯(G)层构成,其可在水中分散,且具有一定的导电性.  相似文献

以天然石墨为原料,采用Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,在硼氢化钠为还原剂制备石墨烯材料。采用XRD、电化学阻抗谱技术(EIS)、电化学充放电测试和红外分析等方法表征了石墨烯的结构和电化学性能。结果表明,石墨烯首次放电容量为866.4mAhg^-1,首次充电容量为305.2mAhg^-1,库仑效率为35.2%。  相似文献

The super-high strength of single-layer graphene has attracted great interest. In practice, defects resulting from thermodynamics or introduced by fabrication, naturally or artificially, play a pivotal role in the mechanical behaviors of graphene. More importantly, high strength is just one aspect of the magnificent mechanical properties of graphene: its atomic-thin geometry not only leads to ultra-low bending rigidity, but also brings in many other unique properties of graphene in terms of mechanics in contrast to other carbon allotropes, including fullerenes and carbon nanotubes. The out-of-plane deformation is of a ‘soft’ nature, which gives rise to rich morphology and is crucial for morphology control. In this review article, we aim to summarize current theoretical advances in describing the mechanics of defects in graphene and the theory to capture the out-of-plane deformation. The structure–mechanical property relationship in graphene, in terms of its elasticity, strength, bending and wrinkling, with or without the influence of imperfections, is presented.  相似文献

[目的/意义]改善现有专利技术主题分析方法主题辨识度低、主题词二义性、无法识别技术信息中的"问题"与相应"解决方案"等问题。[方法/过程]本文通过抽取专利文本中的SAO结构,并从SAO结构中识别"问题和解决方案"(P&S)模式,基于"bag of P&S"假设,构建基于"主语-行为-宾语"(subject-action-object,SAO)结构的LDA主题模型,实现对专利文献主题结构的识别和分析。[结果/结论]案例研究表明,该方法能够有效识别主题分布,并在主题辨识度和语义消岐方面较传统LDA模型具有较大优势。  相似文献

结合科研工作热点和学科前沿方向,该文设计了"SA/rGO@CuS光热转化复合相变材料制备及性能研究"综合性实验。将具有光吸收能力的硫化铜(CuS)纳米粒子负载在具有高导热系数的还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)上,制备得到rGO@CuS复合物,以其为载体材料负载相变芯材十八酸(SA),设计制备出具有光捕集、光热转换和定形相变储能于一体的SA/rGO@CuS复合相变材料。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、拉曼光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪等,对其进行结构表征及性能测试。本实验在培养学生掌握基本实验操作技术的同时,能够提升其逻辑分析能力和对科学研究的热情。  相似文献

用改良的Hummer法制备了氧化石墨烯并对氧化石墨烯在溶液及玻璃表面进行了组装。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、电阻率仪、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)对氧化石墨烯及组装体系进行了表征,并用扫描电子显微镜对组装后物质的表面进行了观察。FT-IR测试表明氧化石墨烯含有羟基、羧基、环氧以及羰基等含氧官能团。UV-Vis测试表明粒径和溶剂的pH对氧化石墨烯在液相中分散性的影响。TGA测试进一步证明了氧化石墨烯含有大量含氧官能团。SEM观察揭示了石墨烯组装体的微观形貌。  相似文献

Intrinsic graphene features semi-metallic characteristics that limit its applications in electronic devices, whereas graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) are promising semiconductors because of their bandgap-opening feature. However, the controllable mass-fabrication of high-quality GNR arrays remains a major challenge. In particular, the in situ growth of GNR arrays through template-free chemical vapor deposition (CVD) has not been realized. Herein, we report a template-free CVD strategy to grow large-area, high-quality and self-aligned GNR arrays on liquid copper surface. The width of as-grown GNR could be optimized to sub-10 nm with aspect ratio up to 387, which is higher than those of reported CVD-GNRs. The study of the growth mechanism indicates that a unique comb-like etching-regulated growth process caused by a trace hydrogen flow guides the formation of the mass-produced self-aligned GNR arrays. Our approach is operationally simple and efficient, offering an assurance for the use of GNR arrays in integrated circuits.  相似文献

制备了电化学还原氧化石墨烯修饰碳纤维微盘电极(ER-GO-MCFE),将此电极与毛细管电泳联用,对氧化石墨烯的电化学还原时间和电位、缓冲溶液的浓度和pH值、分离电压和检测电位等条件进行了优化。在最佳条件下,抗坏血酸的线性范围为1.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-5mol/L和1.0×10^-5~0.8×10^-3 mol/L,线性相关系数分别为0.9985和0.9998;当信噪比为3时,检测下限为6.5×10^-7 mol/L。将此电极用做毛细管电泳电化学检测的工作电极,实现了对饮料样品中的抗坏血酸的定性和定量检测。  相似文献
