切花月季组织培养试管苗移栽基质及其相关研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本研究对切花月季组织培养试管苗移栽过程中移栽基质、移栽培养液的选择以及化学方法控制污染等几个因子进行了研究,结果表明:关于移栽基质对试管苗移栽后苗情的影响,在12种移栽基质中,以蛭石基质的栽培效果最好,所有含泥碳的基质的栽培效果都不好;关于杀菌剂处理移栽基质控制杂菌污染的试验表明,用杀菌剂持续处理移栽基质控制杂菌污染比基质一次性灭菌的效果好;关于不同移栽培养液及施用方式对移栽后苗情的影响的试验表明,先用自来水培养十天后,再用的1/2MS培养液培养,是较为理想的培养方法.  相似文献

采用体外实验研究了金樱子多糖(RP)对小鼠肝脏自发性脂质过氧化、H2O2诱导的脂质过氧化、Fe^2+-Vc诱导的肝线粒体氧化损伤和H2O2诱导的红细胞氧化溶血的影响,比较了金樱子多糖和维生素C(Vc)的抗脂质过氧化作用.结果表明:金樱子多糖具有较强的体外抗脂质过氧化作用,且呈现良好的量效关系;其抗氧化活性明显高于维生素C.  相似文献

The search for active toxins for managing weeds or plant diseases is believed to be a promising avenue of investigation. However, the effects of Alternaria toxins on insects have just begun to be investigated. Bioactivities of toxins from four strains of Alternaria alternata on Rosa chinensis and rose aphid Macrosiphum rosivorum were tested in the present study. At a concentration of 50.0 μg/ml, the crude extract (toxin) of strain 7484 was found not to be harmful to rose plants with excised leaf-puncture method (P≥0.079), and rose plants showed enhanced resistance to rose aphids when this Alternaria toxin was sprayed on the plants (P≤0.001). However, this toxin caused no detrimental effects on aphids in insecticidal bioassay at a concentration of 10.0 to 160.0 μg/ml (P≥0.096). Therefore, the Alternaria toxin had significantly induced the resistance of rose plants against rose aphids, demonstrating that the resistance mechanism triggered by the Alternaria toxin in the rose plant may also be used by the plant to defend itself against insects. Further bioassays aimed to discover the olfactory responses of aphids to the toxin-induced volatiles of host plants. The aphids were significantly more attracted to both volatiles emitted and collected from control rose plants than to both volatiles emitted and collected from the toxin-treated rose plants (P≤0.014). This result showed that the toxin-induced resistance related to the volatile changes of host plants.  相似文献

This study focuses on the contribution of Emmanuel Lambadarios to special education in Greece in the early twentieth century. It examines Lambadarios’s involvement in special education, culminating in the establishment of the ‘Model Special School of Athens’ (PESA), the first public special education school for children with intellectual disabilities. It specifically explores Lambadarios’s key perceptions of the education of children with disabilities influenced by his medical-centred school hygiene and paedological views, studied within the broader international context of the first four decades of the twentieth century. This is an attempt to shed light on an unknown aspect of the early history of special education in Greece, which appears to be influenced by medicine. Moreover, the latent rivalry between the physician Emmanuel Lambadarios and the educator/head teacher of the PESA, Rosa Imvrioti, indicates an educational resistance to the attempted medicalisation of the early development of special education.  相似文献

近年来,我国学术界对罗莎.卢森堡的研究视野大大拓宽,除了对罗莎.卢森堡的社会主义民主和党内民主思想继续进行更为透彻和更具针对性的研究之外,还对她的具有独特视角的资本主义观、社会主义观和方法论,以及她的思想对当代哲学、政治经济学和政治学的贡献,她与马克思、列宁的关系和与西方马克思主义的关系,进行了综合性、开拓性的探讨和研究,取得了丰硕的学术成果。同时,我国学术界今后对罗莎.卢森堡的研究应该更紧密地结合当代中国的实际,对她的思想进行"现代化"、"中国化"的解读,最终达到既继承又超越,为创建和谐的社会主义中国获取更多的理论上的借鉴。  相似文献

Prickles act against herbivores, pathogens or mechanical injury, while also preventing water loss. However, whether prickles have new function and the molecular genetics of prickle patterning remain poorly explored. Here, we generated a high-quality reference genome assembly for ‘Basye''s Thornless’ (BT), a prickle-free cultivar of Rosa wichuraiana, to identify genetic elements related to stem prickle development. The BT genome harbors a high level of sequence diversity in itself and with cultivar ‘Old Blush’ (R. chinensis), a founder genotype in rose domestication. Inheritance of stem prickle density was determined and two QTL were identified. Differentially expressed genes in QTL were involved in water-related functions, suggesting that prickle density may hitchhike with adaptations to moist environments. While the prickle-related gene-regulatory-network (GRN) was highly conserved, the expression variation of key candidate genes was associated with prickle density. Our study provides fundamental resources and insights for genome evolution in the Rosaceae. Ongoing efforts on identification of the molecular bases for key rose traits may lead to improvements for horticultural markets.  相似文献
