Effects of environmental intervention on sedentary time,musculoskeletal comfort and work ability in office workers

Sit–stand workstations offer a potential strategy to reduce prolonged occupational sitting. This controlled intervention study examined the effects of an environmental intervention on occupational sedentary time, musculoskeletal comfort and work ability, and the usability of sit–stand workstations in office work via a self-reported questionnaire. The intervention group (n?=?24) used sit–stand workstations during the 6-month intervention period, and the control group (n?=?21) used traditional sitting workstations. The results showed that working at sit–stand workstations can reduce sitting time significantly compared to control workstations (?6.7% vs. 5.0%, p?=?.019), which is reallocated mostly to standing (r?=??0.719, p?p?=?.028), as well as work ability (p?=?.022). The majority of intervention subjects rated sit–stand workstation adjustability as good (83.3%), and 75.0% were satisfied with the workstation. About 41.7% of the intervention participants, who were exclusively female, used the sit–stand function on a daily basis. While the environmental change alone was effective, it is likely that promoting the daily use of sit–stand workstations with counselling would lead to even more substantial positive effects.  相似文献

Lamaze breathing historically is considered the hallmark of Lamaze preparation for childbirth. This column discusses breathing in the larger context of contemporary Lamaze. Controlled breathing enhances relaxation and decreases perception of pain. It is one of many comfort strategies taught in Lamaze classes. In restricted birthing environments, breathing may be the only nonpharmacological comfort strategy available to women. Conscious breathing and relaxation, especially in combination with a wide variety of comfort strategies, can help women avoid unnecessary medical intervention and have a safe, healthy birth.  相似文献   

论元朝政府对阵殁群体的抚恤

元朝时期战争频率较前代较高,众多军吏在早期统一战争、中期内部战争、晚期农民战争中阵殁,元朝政府采取了一系列的抚恤政策。阵殁的军吏可以分为身陷困境,捐躯殉职;参与作战,英勇牺牲;战斗负伤,不治身亡;行军途中,不幸卒殁四种阵殁群体。政府采取的抚恤手段主要有:追封阵殁者及上谥、官方料理丧葬事宜、赏赐钱物土地户民、荫叙亲属袭晋职位、亲侍汤药关怀伤者、旌表立祠后世传颂、政治指定结为姻亲等。除此以外,后抚恤时代的抚恤则是统治者个人情感的转移与承接,是另外一种“非抚恤”的“抚恤”。  相似文献

Set points of the indoor air temperature and relative humidity in short-term staying location were studied. In this condition, the thermal reaction of human body varied with the ramp changes of the environmental thermal parameters. The change rules of about 60 subjects‘ thermal reaction to the ramp change of environment were surveyed, and the effect of air movement on the thermal reaction during transient condition was considered by using a questionnaire. With the experimental results and research findings under stable condition, a way to set environmental parameters of short-time staying location was recommended.  相似文献

利用传统算法在进行园林建筑设计的过程中,由于园林建筑层次受到设计人员主观因素的影响较大,难以进行准确的层次提取,造成设计效率和园林建筑层次感降低。为此,提出考虑视觉感官舒适度的园林建筑层次设计方法。根据韦伯-费普勒相关原理,建立园林中不同建筑物数目与视觉感官舒适度模型。针对模型中不同建筑物的主要特征进行提取,获取不同建筑物主要特征之间的映射关联性,从而完成视觉感官舒适度的园林建筑层次设计。实验结果表明,利用本文算法进行园林建筑层次设计,能够显著降低设计时间,提高园林建筑的层次感,效果令人满意。  相似文献

基于移动平均-马尔可夫链模型的上海市机场旅客吞吐量预测研究

为了更多的挖掘数据的信息,本文将移动平均与马尔可夫链模型结合,对马尔可夫链模型进行改进,以拟合结果为动态基准线来构建动态的马尔可夫链,并进行预测及平稳分布研究.利用上海市机场2008年1月至2013年10月的各月数据进行模型拟合,将拟合结果作为动态基准线,进行系统状态划分,确定状态转移概率矩阵.预测未来4个月的中值和区间,并根据马尔可夫链的遍历性和稳定性求出状态的平稳分布.实证表明,该方法的预测精度更高,并且具有较强的适用性和泛化性,具有较强的实用价值.  相似文献
