对第5次全国体育场地普查有关资料的研究显示,学校体育场地对外开放比例偏低,不开放率达70.80%。研究认为,国家及地方政府应继续完善相关法规,促使和监督学校体育场地设施有序开放和规范经营,学校也应增强服务意识,加大法规贯彻力度,采用合理的经营管理方式,提高体育场馆设施管理水平和使用效率,并积极宣传和引导大众体育消费。 相似文献

ABSTRACTEngineering students on control courses lack a deep understanding of equilibrium and stability that are crucial concepts in this discipline. Several studies have shown that students find it difficult to understand simple familiar or academic static equilibrium cases as well as dynamic ones from mechanics even if they know the discipline’s criteria and formulae. Our aim is to study the impact of a specific and innovative classroom session, containing well-chosen situations that address students’ misconceptions. We propose an example of Active Learning experiment based both on the Didactical Engineering methodology and the Conceptual Fields Theory that aims at promoting a conceptual change in students. The chosen methodology allows, at the same time, a proper design of the student learning activities, an accurate monitoring of the students’ rational use during the tasks and provides an internal tool for the evaluation of the session’s efficiency. Although the expected starting conceptual change was detected, it would require another activity in order to be reinforced. 相似文献

本文根据住户调查数据在收入函数的基础上讨论了1995年、2002年和2007年的城镇居民收入差距特征及收入差距变动(基尼系数上升)的影响因素。本文的研究表明,城镇居民收入差距表现出上升趋势,地区因素和受教育程度是收入差距扩大的重要解释因素,就业状况、职业和行业特征则对两个时期的收入差距变动具有不同的影响。 相似文献

Across the various scientific domains, significant differences occur with respect to research publishing formats, frequencies and citing practices, the nature and organisation of research and the number and impact of a given domain's academic journals. Consequently, differences occur in the citations and h-indices of the researchers. This paper attempts to identify cross-domain differences using quantitative and qualitative measures. The study focuses on the relationships among citations, most-cited papers and h-indices across domains and for research group sizes. The analysis is based on the research output of approximately 10,000 researchers in Slovenia, of which we focus on 6536 researchers working in 284 research group programmes in 2008–2012.As comparative measures of cross-domain research output, we propose the research impact cube (RIC) representation and the analysis of most-cited papers, highest impact factors and citation distribution graphs (Lorenz curves). The analysis of Lotka's model resulted in the proposal of a binary citation frequencies (BCF) distribution model that describes well publishing frequencies. The results may be used as a model to measure, compare and evaluate fields of science on the global, national and research community level to streamline research policies and evaluate progress over a definite time period. 相似文献

中文人名数量众多,规律各异,使得中文人名识别成为中文分词的重点和难点,中文人名识别技术的突破将对提高汉语自动分词和句法分析的准确性有着很重要的作用。本文根据中文人名的特点,利用条件随机场模型进行人名识别,通过第四届Bakeoff评测语料上测试,召回率为80.97%,准确率为94.42%,综合指标F为87.18%。 相似文献

《雪野宁静》是美国当代著名诗人罗伯特.勃莱的开山之作,出版于二十世纪六十年代初,它出版后经历了一个从广受质疑与贬斥到倍受欢迎与赞颂的接受过程,有批评家认为,＂它标志着一个时代的结束,另一个时代的开始＂。二十世纪上半叶美国诗歌是由以艾略特、庞德、威廉斯等为代表的现代派独领风骚,而《雪野宁静》出版后所遭遇的不平凡经历,迥异于现代主义的诗歌风格,其独特的艺术气质给我们开启了一扇了解一段美国诗歌历史的窗口,美国诗歌正是在这一时期发生了某种根本性的转向。 相似文献
