| Abstract: | As a revolutionary cultural project on a national and social scope,the "sharing project" contains a rather high technological element,thus needs a certain amount of funding.During the process of implementation,it is bound to encounter some problems and difficulties.This article is going to discuss about the existing problems and possible solutions during the process of the construction of the elementary centers,using the center in Lian yungang,Jiangsu as an example. |
