| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料研究方法,结合运动训练学、运动生理学、运动生物化学等学科来分析武术长拳。结论认为:武术长拳是技能主导类表现难美性项群之一。并就此阐述了武术长拳决定因素和运动时功能的特征,相应提出了提高武术长拳运动能力的训练方法,从而为武术长拳的训练和教学提供相关的理论参考。

| Abstract: | With the method of documentary, this paper combined the sport training subject, the sport physiology, sport biochemistry etc. comprehensive subjects, analyzing WuShu-Changquan, and got a conclusion that WuShu-Changquan is one of technical ability predominant and the presentation of difficult beautiful sex items. The article, on the base the characteristics of decisive factor and energy supply of WuShu-Changquan and holding these characteristics, putting forward to corresponding the training methods of locomotory capacity of WuShu-Changquan.in order to provide the theoretical reference for teaching and training Changquan. |
