| 摘 要： | 北京体育大学足球队运动员 1 9名 ,随机分成实验组和对照组 ,实验组口服麦胚油 ,对照组服安慰剂 ,分别测定两组服用前后安静状态和运动后即刻血清 MDA、GPT、VE以及无氧阈。实验结果提示 ,服麦胚油对安静状态各指标影响不大 ,但可使一次性运动后血清 MDA含量增加减少 ,GPT活性下降 ,VE含量增加 ,无氧阈提高

| Abstract: | soccer players of the Beijing University of Physical Education were divided randomly into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group took the wheat germ oil orally, and the control group took the placebo. Before and after both groups had taken those medicines, the serum MDA, GPT, VE and anaerobic threshold (AT) were determined at rest and immediately after exercise. The results showed that at rest wheat germ oil supplement did not affect those indexes significantly, but the increase of post exercise serum MDA dropped, the GPT activity declined, the content of VE enhanced and the anaerobic threshold improved. |
