| 摘 要： | 建立和完善档案信息化理论体系是推进档案信息化实践的重要保障,对于我国档案事业的发展具有重要意义.鉴于此,本文着力探讨了建设档案信息化理论体系的有利时机、档案信息化理论体系的建设现状与存在问题,以及完善档案信息化理论体系建设需要采取的措施等问题.
