| 摘 要： | 综述了当前运动对leptin效应的主要研究工作.leptin是近年发现的调节能量平衡的激素,是ob基因的表达产物.长期运动训练可降低血leptin浓度,减少脂肪组织ob基因的表达.而单次运动对血leptin无明显影响.提出了运动对leptin影响有待深入研究的问题.

| Abstract: | The main results of the present studies on the influence of exercise on leptin effect were summarized. Leptin has been discovered recently as a sort of hormone to regulate energy balance. It is the product of ob gene expression. Long-term exercise training decreases the plasma leptin concentration and ob gene expression in adipose tissue. There is no distinct influence of a bout of exercise on serum leptin. It was advanced that effects of exercise on leptin remain to be studied further. |
