| 摘 要： | 本文阐述MIS IRM KM的兴起背景以及各自的管理特色的基础上，对三者关系进行探讨和分析，认为三者相互作用形成一个“信息知识管理体系”，在该体系中，MIS是基础，IRM是一个必要的层面，KM是轴心。
