| 摘 要： | 研究和探讨土族的传统体育文化,要从现实生活中去揭示土族传统体育在历史发展中的真面目.在深入了解土族传统体育对生产生活方式、习俗文化、宗教文化、民风、民间文学和艺术的传承作用后,可以得出这样的结论:土族传统体育从形成到今天生机勃勃地发展,是由于体育运动在人们的社会生活中,具有实在的传授文化思想的实用价值.土族的传统体育文化与其他文化形式相互交融、相互滋养、相互拥有、相互渗透,是中华民族传统文化的宝贵财富.

| Abstract: | The paper researches and explores the traditional sports culture of Tu ethnic group to reveal its historical development. Upon understanding the influences of Tu traditional sports on the living style, customs and culture, religion, folk customs, folk literature and arts, a conclusion can be made that the prosperous development of Tu traditional sports is due to sports' value in imparting culture in people's lives. Its sports culture integrates with other forms of culture and turns to be a precious part in traditional Chinese culture. |
