| 摘 要： | 排球比赛实行新规则对女排的各项技术环节产生了很大约影响，其中主要包括：发球的地位发生变化，攻击性减弱，因而一传到位率增加；一攻的作用更加突出，成为得分的主要手段；得分手段的增加和一攻威力提高使得拦网得分减每球得分使各队更加注重攻守平衡等。在这种情况下，女排教练员和运动员更应该注意发球的稳定性和提高攻击性，提高一攻的质量，加强拦网和防守技术的研究，以适应新规则带来的排球技、战术的变化。

| Abstract: | Taking new rules in volleyball competitions have greatly affected various technical links in women's volleyball, including that the status of serving changes, and attact weakens, so the rate of spot pass increases; the effect of the first round attack becomes so important that it could be the main means for scores; block point reduces; equilibrium of attact and defence has been given more care. In this case, the coach and athlete should take care of serving stability and increasing attact, improve the quality of the first found attack,strengthen the research of bloking and defencing,so it can adapt to changes of technic and tactic due to new rules. |
