| Abstract: | Reasonable use is a rule of the copyright law established for balancing the author's profit and the public's right of free speech and information access. It represents not only the balance between the profit of the author and the right of the public, and also the balance between the monopolization of copyright and the share of information. At present, we need a comprehensive analysis on every aspect in the copyright protection system in order to discuss the principle of reasonable use and to promote the information construction of the society. |
