| 摘 要： | 在阐明目前学校体育与健康教育中，体育理论教学重要性的基础上，分析了体育理论的内容特点，并由此提出了相应的教学方法：讲授法、谈话法、演示法及讲练法，并就各方法的具体应用与操作注意做详尽论述。由此提出体育与健康教育，理论课教学的总体思路。
