| 摘 要： | 学分制管理制度是一种新型的学籍管理制度，在本科院校中已经广泛实行，并逐步成为高职高专教学管理体制改革的新方向。本文主要介绍了高职高专实行学分制的重要意义。学分制实行的保证条件以及高职高专实施学分制的具体措施。
