"三从一大"训练原则的再认识

摘    要:"三从一大"训练原则是具有中国特色的指导运动训练的基本原则,是我国竞技体育多年训练探索的经验概括和理论升华,是运动训练基本规律的反映并在训练实践中不断深化、完善和发展.对运动项目制胜规律认识的深化,反映出对"三从一大"训练原则内涵的不同理解.从难从严围绕从实战需要出发展开,从实战需要出发的难,越难越有价值,从实战需要出发的严,越严效果越好;从实战需要出发就是认清项目本质特征和制胜规律,反映在专项训练与比赛的一致性上;大运动量训练不是三天打鱼两天晒网而是可持续进行的,可持续大运动量训练要求优化调整负荷结构,统筹处理训练要素,结合实战需要,根据运动项目的规律、运动员的个人特点、运动训练的不同阶段,科学合理地安排负荷强度和负荷量,使运动员机体受到的总刺激达到"大运动量",大得科学有度.正确理解和深化对"三从一大"训练原则的认识,才能避免"时间战"和"消耗战",避免"过度训练"的出现.

Abstract:The training principle of "Training Hardly Strictly Practically with Great Quantity" is one of the basic principles with Chinese characteristics which direct sports training.It is the prime theoretical summary of the experiences of Chinese competitive sports training.It is the reflection of the basic rules of sports training and it will develop further during our training practice.The further understanding of the winning principles of events reflects the fact that there are different ideas about the training principle of "Training Hardly Strictly Practically with Great Quantity".The principles of Training Hard and Training Strictly center on the principle of Training According to the Needs of Actual Combat.In this way the principles of Training Hard and Training Strictly will be more effective.The principle of Training According to the Needs of Actual Combat requires that we should know the essential characteristics and the winning principles of events,which is reflected by the coordination between events training and competition.Training with Heavy Load should persist every day and can be sustained.Sustainable training with heavy load requires the adjustment of the structure of the load,making an overall plan of training factors,meeting the needs of actual combat,and arrange scientific load according to the principles of events,the individual characteristics of athletes,and the phases of training so that the body of athletes could be scientifically and properly stimulated by the heavy load.Proper and further understanding of the training principle of "Training Hardly Strictly Practically with Great Quantity" will help to avoid Training with excessive hours,Training with excessive intensity,and Excessive Training.
