| 摘 要： | 企业参与的职业院校质量保障体系主要由企业参与的职业院校教学质量保障体系、师资质量保障体系、毕业生毕业考评体系、就业质量保障体系四个方面构成。构建企业参与的职业院校质量保障体系,需要在综合运用调查问卷法、行动研究法、文献研究法、实践专家访谈法、毕业生追踪调查等方法的基础上,结合学校和企业具体实际来构建并给予动态调整。

| Abstract: | The quality assurance system of enterprise participating in vocational schools mainly comprises of four parts including teaching quality assurance system,teaching staff quality assurance system,graduates graduate evaluation system and employment quality evaluation system.In order to build quality assurance system for vocational schools,it should combine with the reality of vocational schools and enterprises on the basis of comprehensively applying questionnaire investigation method,behavior research method,literature study method,expert interview method and graduates tracking method. |
