| Abstract: | The system of credit and academic year are different systems of educational management. The system of credit has more advantages than the system of academic year, the substitution of the fonner for the latter is the important part of the educational system reform, and an significant act to improve the level of teaching in higher educational institutes in our country and to meet the world-standard on our own initiative. |
