| 摘 要： | 随着改革的深入发展，我国传统的单位制开始松动，但是单位依然存在。特别是在社区成为改革中日益凸现的社会存在的今天，单位体育应如何发展是社会体育发展中的一个重要的问题。从这一背景出发，在论述单位制改革与社区凸现的基础上，分析了我国单位体育面临的问题及其与社区体育结合的必然性。

| Abstract: | With the deep development of reform,the unit system of our country begins to transform,but the unit still exists.Today when the community becomes social being shown especially in the reform,how to develop unit sports is an important problem in social sports.From this background,this paper tries to analyze the problem that u-nit sports are confronted with,and the inevitability that unit sports combine with community sports in our country. |
