| 摘 要： | 健美操是一项充满着朝气和活力的体育项目,其蕴含着深厚的美学价值,表现出着装美、音乐美、编排美、形体美、动作美、表演美、风格美、力量美、竞争美等美学特征。健美操与美学的关系源远流长,美给予健美操永久的生命力,健美操的发展需遵循美的规律,才能繁荣昌盛发展,更好地造福于人类。

| Abstract: | Aerobics contains extremely rich aesthetic features, it shows： dress beauty, music beauty, physique beauty, movement beauty, performance beauty, competition beauty and so on. Aerobics is a sport event which a full of vigor and vitality, it is contains the profound aesthetic value. The relationship of aerobics and aesthetic is profound, aesthetic gives aerobics permanent vitality, aerobics＇ development needs follow the rule of aesthetic. |
