| Abstract: | In this paper the writer points out that in sports training, a series of new means and methods have constantly emerged, and the improvement of the training means has given an impulse to the renewal of the training methods. In practice, it is necessary to apply correctly the relation between the general training means and the specialized ones. the paper gives a systematic account on the sports training means. |
