| 摘 要： | 通过对优秀跳远运动员的长期跟踪调查，发现在少年跳远运动员的早期选拔中，应在身体形态上侧重身材高、体重小两项指标；身体素质指标中偏重速度和速度力量；起跳持续时间也是选拔跳远运动员的重要参考依据。对运动员成绩的预测中，速度和速度力量占相当大的比重。
