| 摘 要： | 学分制是一种教学管理制度，它的实施有助于推进高校教学改革，提高办学水平。常熟理工学院作为一所新建本科院校，实施学分制改革，取得了一定成效，也遇到课程资源不足，学分制激励功能无法完全发挥等困难，需要采取更新教育理念、挖掘课程资源、实行按学分收费等措施加以推进和深化。
