| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆科研工作为图书情报学的研究起到了积极的作用，但在高校图书馆目前的科研工作中存在一些制约的因素，对科研人员的工作起到了负面的影响作用，阻碍了科研工作长久、持续的发展。根据相关调查，我们认为高校图书馆组织应从心理契约的角度出发，建立心理契约干预模式，进行相应的心理干预，使科研人员产生心理的内驱力，达到心理契约的平衡，使科研工作得以稳定、持续的发展。
