| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我党在新时期提出的一个全新的发展观,即:以人为本,全面、协调和可持续发展。人本管理即:确立人在管理过程中的主导地位,继而围绕调动人的主动性、积极性和创造性去展开的一切管理活动。二者都确立了以人为核心,积极的倡导人的价值、人的自我实现和人的全面发展这一目标。但同时,科学发展观又站在哲学的高度为人本管理注入了科学发展、协调全面、持续发展等新元素,对学校的人本管理有着重要的指导意义,使学校的人本管理的内涵更加丰富、科学。

| Abstract: | The scientific development concept is a new party in the new period of development, namely a people-oriented,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.Management means the people who established a dominant position in the management process,and then on to arouse people's initiative,to launch the initiative and creativity of all management activities.Each has established a people-centered,active advocacy of the value of self-actualization and the all-round de- velopment of this goal.However,the concept of scientific development,people stand on a philosophi- cal perspective into the management of scientific development,overall coordination and new elements of sustainable development.The management of a school plays an important guiding significance.The management of a school has become richer and more scientific. |
