| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、教师访谈法、理论与实践法，对程序教学促进球类技术内隐经验习得进行研究。结果表明：程序教学有利于促进学生球类技术的定向，程序教学有利于学生重组和模仿技术动作，程序教学有利于学生整合技术动作，程序教学能够促进技术动作的熟练，内隐经验的习得就是技术自动化形成的过程。
