| 摘 要： | 近些年来随着教育、学校体育的改革,排球课的教学发生了巨大的变化.北京高校的排球教师正在转变以往传统的教学理念,把"以学生为主"的教学思想融入到教学实践中.但排球课教学大纲和教学进度的制定仍然没有体现这种转变.通过探讨北京市普通高校排球课教学目标、教学内容、教学进度的改革,提出不同的理论和观点.

| Abstract: | Following the innovation of the education and physical education, great changes have taken place for the teaching of volleyball for many years. The volleyball teacher are paying attention to "student-centered " idea, but instructional program lags relatively. Different theories and ideas are put forward on the basis of the disscussion on the reform of teaching goal , content and teaching pace. |
