| 摘 要： | 作为一种较为先进的学校教育教学资源配套方式,学分制成为众多高校的共同选择。作为一所新建本科院校,常熟理工学院采取多种举措积极推进学分制,如推进课程资源开发和建设,强化学生自由选课制度,加强学分制理论研究等。但就整体而言,学分制改革所必备的观念条件、制度条件、资源条件和技术条件等还没有充分具备。与成熟本科高校相比,新建本科院校在发展中存在着诸多不利因素,也必须探索与选择符合自身发展需要的学分制推进路径。
