| 摘 要： | 园长专业化需要专业化园长培训。通过对幼儿园园长培训的现状进行调查研究,发现其存在着培训动力不足、培训内容泛化、培训方式单一、培训师资薄弱等问题。结合园长培训的需求分析,从园长培训的培训理念、课程设置、培训模式、师资队伍方面提出相应的发展对策。

| Abstract: | A principal, the leader of a kindergarten, usually has the key influence on kindergarten＇s managements and reforms. To improve the professional of the principals, the principal training program is deemed as an important way to train a professional principal. However, the survey reveals that the current training program has some shortages need to be improve. These shortages including the lack of training motivation, the lack of training contents, the lack of training methods and the weak of training teachers, etc. In the need of the training program, this paper provides the strategies in several aspects such as the concept of the training, the curriculum plan, training methods and teachers to improve the overall training program. |
