| 摘 要： | 针对我国初中田径教材内容和教学方法存在的缺失，以体育与建康课程标准的指导思想和领域目标为先导，以田径运动的竞技和健身属性为基础，根据教育心理学和教学论原理，构建田径娱乐化教学内容和教学方法体系。

| Abstract: | Given the existed problems of teaching content and method of athletic in middle school, a new leaching content and method system of athletic, was established in this study based on the guiding ideology and teaching aim of PE and health curricular standards, and the two characteristics-sportive and body-buiding of athletic according to educational psychology and teaching theory. |
