摘    要:信息学家作为一种新兴的临床卫生职业,在临床环境和基础研究中的作用日益受到重视。文章详细介绍了霍普金斯大学信息学家的培养模式,包括培养目标的制定、核心技能的掌握、教育模式的组织和设计等,重点强调了团队教学方法。案例分析表明这种培养模式为基于循证医学和公共卫生的信息学家培养带来了新思路,据此提出了对我国医学信息学教育的思考。

Abstract:As an emerging clinical and health profession, the role of informationists in clinical environment and basic research is becoming more and more important. This paper introduces the model of training informationists in Johns Hopkins university in detail, which includes the training goals, cons skills, education model, and the learn leaching method. The case study shows that this training model brings new ideas for the training of informationists in evidence-based medicine and public health. Then, we put forward the thinking about medical education in China.
