| 摘 要： | 新文化运动时期,受西方“天赋人权”思想的影响,陈独秀形成了颇具特色的民主宪政观,提出了“主权在民”“、国民参政”等一系列政治主张,对近代中国社会产生了重大影响。但同时他的民主宪政观延续了近代中国知识分子“富强为体、宪政为用”的理念,这阻碍了他对西方宪政文化的深层次理解与把握。
