| 摘 要： | 班级管理是一项尤为复杂的工作任务,对班主任来说是巨大的考验,当然也在无形中提高了对班主任的工作要求。初中班主任要耐心分析并把握初中生的实际特征,通过与学生深度交流互动的方法,把握他们的内在需求,在此基础上革新管理方法,恰当运用沟通艺术与学生建立平等沟通的良好关系。

| Abstract: | Class management is a particularly complex task,which is a huge test for the head teacher,and of course it also raises the work requirements of the head teacher invisibly.Junior high school head teachers must patiently analyze and grasp the actual characteristics of junior high school students,grasp their inner needs through in-depth communication and interaction with students,innovate management methods on this basis,and appropriately use communication art to establish a good relationship with students on equal communication. |
