导师制对中美高校学分制历史作用的思考

摘    要:在中美高校实施学分制管理的历史过程中,导师制作为一种必要的配套制度,是学分制顺利实施的基本保障。导师制与学分制的密切配合,能够使学分制得以扬长避短,推动学分制管理的进一步完善。通过导师制对中美高校学分制历史作用的思考,有助于人们对当前我国高校实行学分制改革进程中建立导师制必要性的认识。

Abstract:To complete the system, tutorial system was indispensahle in credit system reform among Chinese and American university in history.Tutorial system together with credit system can show its strong points and overcome its weaknesses,it pushed forward further perfection of credit system.Reviewing on historical function of tutorial system of credit system among university of China and America can raise understanding about the nece ssity to establish tutorial reform in credit system system in Chinese universities.
